Site measurement
Umami
This site loads Umami Cloud, a privacy-focused analytics service, to measure page visits and a small set of clicks. Standard site measurement may include the page path, referrer, browser, operating system, device type, language, screen size, and country-level location.
Aware's custom events contain only an event name and a static page location such as hero, pricing, or trust. Aware does not intentionally send names, email addresses, booking details, workflow content, credentials, customer data, or confidential system details to Umami.
Cloudflare is Aware's hosting, CDN, and security processor for aware.run. When a browser requests the site, Cloudflare processes standard request and security data that may include the visitor IP address, requested URL, HTTP method, protocol and headers, network routing or system-configuration information, browser or user-agent information, device information, timestamps, and security signals.
This processing supports site delivery, caching, availability, abuse prevention, and network security. Cloudflare handles that data under its own published policy and service terms.
aware.run does not intentionally set first-party advertising or analytics cookies. Umami measurement on this site is configured to operate without analytics cookies.
Essential hosting or security mechanisms may still operate under Cloudflare's provider policy. If you follow a booking link to Cal.com, Cal.com may use cookies or similar mechanisms under its own policy. Aware does not claim that no cookie can ever be used across those external provider boundaries.
Scheduling
Cal.com
When you follow a booking link, you leave aware.run and use Cal.com. Cal.com processes the contact, scheduling, timezone, and meeting information you choose to provide under its own terms and privacy policy.
Aware receives the booking information needed to hold and follow up on the requested conversation. Do not put credentials, customer records, or confidential implementation details in the booking form.
If you email Luis directly, Aware receives your address and the information you choose to include. Email is the visible fallback when external booking is unavailable or unsuitable.
Aware uses site measurement to understand aggregate page and conversion performance and uses booking or email information to respond to the requested conversation. Aware does not use information collected through this site for advertising and does not sell it. This statement covers Aware's own use; external providers apply their own published policies.
For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy questions concerning Aware's copy of your information, contact [email protected]. Provider-held information may also require a request to the relevant provider.
Retention
Keep only what the relationship requires.
Unqualified booking or email information is deleted within 90 days after the last substantive contact.
Information connected to an active commercial relationship is retained for the duration of that relationship and longer only where needed for accounting, legal, or dispute obligations.
Aware reviews its Umami analytics on a 12-month cycle and deletes or resets its analytics data during that review. Provider backup, deletion, and processing terms may affect when copies fully expire from provider systems.
